Da Pumped Up Phunk

Dance music at it's best regardless of genre was always the mission of the underground independent Afrowax label which proved to be a breeding ground of inventive up and coming DJ producers from Japan, Canada, England, Germany and the U.S, many of whom went on to become household names. The Afrowax brand became synonymous with the speed garage and progressive house movements of the late 1990's. Damage Control's "Da Pumped Up Phunk," one of the most successful singles from the cutting edge label, features production from England's Aston Harvey and Andrew Galea including the original mix and instrumental version. All selections newly remastered.
