Six Gun Soul

Six Gun Soul is an 11-track snapshot of the ever-evolving sound of Rick Monroe & the Hitmen. Recorded over the last couple of years, Monroe's signature "Blue Jean Rock" shines through on this project. It also heralds the addition of his permanent band, The Hitmen. Produced by the famed Malcolm Springer (The Low-Down Drifters, Nappy Roots, Matchbox Twenty, Collective Soul), this collection of songs pushes the needle of the genre-bending group to the edge of format constraints.
