ABOUT THE ALBUM
The fearsome Willie Mae Thornton topped the R&B chart in 1953 with her "Hound Dog" which has been resurrected again for the rock 'n' roll crowd in recent months. This latest EP presents four of Big Mama's more recent tracks for the Peacock people in her own inimitable bluesy style.
