Buddy Cole & Nelson Riddle Sessions

Digitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of albums from the Jazz vocalist. This release gathers two of the best albums made by Rosemary Clooney at a time when the vocalist from Kentucky was rising to phenomenal popularity. In these recordings she is accompanied by the great Buddy Cole Trio and by a large orchestra including woodwinds and strings, with Nelson Riddle as arranger and conductor. These dates confirm the Frank Sinatra opinion: "Rosemary Clooney has that great talent which exudes warmth and feeling in every song she sings. She's a symbol of good modern American music.' Phoenix.
