Eddie Cochran/Singin' To My Baby

Digitally remastered two-fer containing a pair of albums from the Rock 'n' Roll legend on one CD. One of Rock's most joyful and entertaining singers, the legendary Eddie Cochran was in the same league as the best Rockabilly stars. This quintessential collector's edition includes Cochran's most famous and essential albums for the Liberty label, consisting of his debut LP Singin' to My Baby (1957) and the posthumous Eddie Cochran - 12 of His Biggest Hits (1960). These two masterpieces helped define the exact nature of rock & roll. We have also added 9 bonus tracks from the same period. Highlights include the original hit recordings 'C'mon Everybody', 'Summertime Blues', 'Somethin' Else', 'Sittin' in the Balcony', and the edgy 'Boll Weevil Song', which walks a tightrope between Rockabilly and Country-Pop without ever slipping off. Hoo Doo Records.
