After Glow

180-Gram Vinyl Limited Edition With her intriguing, smoky voice and her graceful, behind the-beat phrasing and ironic interpretations of song lyrics, Carmen McRae (1922-1994), who started her career as a pianist, became one of the most memorable vocalists in jazz. McRae sang in jazz clubs throughout the United States -and across the world -for over fifty years. After Glow presents her backed by a trio including her husband Ike Isaacs on bass, playing piano herself on four tracks, and, most importantly, accompanied by the brilliant pianist Ray Bryant on a number of tunes. 180 gram Vinyl Limited Edition. The Complete Album + 1 Bonus Track
