Barclay James Harvest & Other Short Stories

Digitally remastered edition of this album is presented as a mini-LP gatefold replica (including original liner notes and pics) with paper spine (obi) plus inner sleeve containing complete lyrics. More than 40 years since it's original release (November 1971) and more than 10 since it's last reissue, we proudly announce the ultimate remastered edition of one of the most acclaimed UK progressive rock bands in the world: Barclay James Harvest. Presented here is the third album from the great Oldham group, titled BARCLAY JAMES HARVEST & OTHER SHORT STORIES. It was produced by the band and Wally Allen, formerly bassist of the Pretty Things and debuting here as a producer. Although this album does suffer slightly from having been rather rushed in the studio, it still sounds extraordinarily fresh, and contains at least two bona fide BJH classics: 'Medicine Man' and 'After the Day'.
