49 Arlington Gardens

Vinyl LP pressing. 2009 release from the British singer/songwriter. Our story begins way back, specifically in 1969, when an English university student picked up his guitar and began playing in the south of France, spurred on by his passion for Dylan and for surrealism. Now, 40 years later, Garrie returns to the scene thanks to the participation of the well known Scottish pop scene: Duglas T. Stewart (BMX Bandits), Norman Blake (Teenage Fan club), Ally Kerr (his true guardian angel) and the entourage of musicians who have rendered their services to record 49 Arlington Gardens, including Francis Lai, who authors, along with Nick, one of the most romantic moments of the album. Today he is recognized more than ever, along with the names of Donovan and Nick Drake. 10 tracks.
