ABOUT THE ALBUM
Mediocre - the Los Angeles-based rock duo of guitarist/vocalist Piper Torrison (she/they) and bassist/vocalist Keely Martin (she/her) - have announced their long awaited debut album Growth Eater, out September 27. Seeking comfort in an increasingly uncomfortable world, the irresistibly catchy collection commands listeners to the dancefloor as they infuse ideas of broad existentialism, dystopia and restlessness into commentary on how that angst spills over into daily life. Growth Eater is limited to 300 copies on coke bottle clear vinyl. Listen to lead single “Fun Time Fix (We Go Go)” out now and watch the new music video directed by Keely and Piper.
