Archaic Volumes

The latest offering by this influential rock band, often credited as the forefathers of the desert rock genre, provides further evidence that the band's multifaceted sound has continually progressed beyond the tag lines often used to describe Fatso Jetson as stoner rock, desert rock, etc. The far-reaching influences of hard rock, blues, punk and jazz are all represented on this new release, as well as the band's ability to craft rock songs with pop sensibilities without the loss of the raw creativity and energy that fuels the expression of Fatso Jetson's sound. Tracks: Jet Black Boogie, Play Dead, Jolting Tales of Tension, Archaic Volumes, Back Road Tar, Golden Age of Cell Block Slang, Here Lies Boomers Panic, Let Go, Garbage Man.
