Follow Me

Bronx-born singer-songwriter Fiorious made his anticipated return to Glitterbox with a stunning cover of Aly-Us' 'Follow Me' in 2020, bringing a hopeful message to the world, encouraging one and all to use their collective power to show up for each other. Representing the dawning of a new chapter of dance talent, Fiorious' indelible vocals have earnt him high-profile fans ranging from Honey Dijon to Cassius. Now Glitterbox delivers a special 12' package of 'Follow Me', featuring Fiorious' original, with a more stripped-back feel to his previous output, as well as house legend Roger Sanchez's remix that opens the package, a fitting artist to take on the duty after remixing the 1992 original. On the flip, Harry Romero cooks up a club-ready mix nodding to the track's Jersey roots, delivering an uplifting bassline, sumptuous builds and thunderous drops throughout. Waajeed comes through on the package with his BLM remix, reinvigorating the track's meaningful call-to-action with an unmistakable Detroit flair; an urgent record flipping between a soft bassline, rhythmic percussion and futuristic synths from beginning to end. Closing out the package is Fiorious' Accapella, an essential DJ tool.
