Sgurr

Limited edition hand numbered double vinyl LP pressing with etching. Thy Catafalque, the Hungarian progressive/experimental metal project of Tamas Katai, unveil the dynamic new album Sgùrr. The record's ambitious, sprawling arrangements transport the listener to faraway lands and different times. From stirring elegant pieces lifted by soulful indigenous melodies, to sinewy and churning metallic riffing, Sgùrr ebbs and flows across the span of emotions. Truly unique in every sense, Sgùrr is without a doubt one of 2015's most compelling heavy albums.
