ABOUT THE ALBUM
MTV's recent Portland scene report forgot to mention that not every musician in town wears a knit hat and lurks in basements crafting artsy, literate folk-pop. Witness Western Aerial, which continues to crank out first-rate, muscular, good old-fashioned rock and roll. Better suited to bars than basements, the band is celebrating the release of a new, limited-edition EP titled "Summer Crush." Summer Crush is Western Aerial\'s 4th album. Drawing comparisons to Buckcherry, Velvet Revolver, AC/DC, and Foo Fighters, Western Aerial's music and ferocious live performances are complimented by this 3 song EP full of beer-raising, blue-collar rock that doesn't insult your intelligence.
