ABOUT THE ALBUM
Still fresh off the release off of his Juno nominated, ECMA Blues Recording of the Year 2019, debut Blues album, "Myles Goodwyn and Friends of the Blues". April Wine front man Myles Goodwyn returns with the second installment of his internationally acclaimed foray into the world of blues music. "Myles Goodwyn and Friends of the Blues 2" came together using the same logic as it's critically acclaimed predecessor; great blues songs, sang with passion and vitality using some of the best players in the business. Just some of the featured artists on this record are; Jack de Keyzer, Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne, Warren Robert, Ross Billard, Bruce Dixon, JR Smith, Matt Andersen, Mike "Shrimp Daddy" Reed, Jack Semple, Sherman "Tank" Doucette, Joe Murphy, Bill Stevenson, Will Van Hansolo, Steve Segal and a duet with 6 time winner for Female Blues Singer of the Year at the Toronto Blues Society Awards, Angel Forrest. The result is a testament to the care that went into "Myles Goodwyn and Friends of the Blues 2" and it will surely show, yet again, that Myles Goodwyn is not only a gifted blues singer/songwriter musician, but a real blues man at heart
