The Lovers / The Devil

Sworn In’s The Lovers/The Devil, due on 4/7/2015, is a breakthrough, not merely for the Chicago-based heavy music aggregate, but a step forward for the scene itself. With an average age of 21, the five members of Sworn In, along with producer Will Putney (The Amity Affliction, For Today, Miss May I), have delivered a sonic landscape full of unexpected twists and extreme musical dualities. This new album not only expands on Sworn In’s critically hailed 2013 debut, The Death Card, but also takes the listener on an unforgettable, yet disturbing aural journey. Already renowned as a live band, having toured the U.S. and abroad with the likes of Attila, The Acacia Strain, and Crown The Empire, Sworn In will be on the road constantly in 2015. Their mission: take heavy music from dizzying heights to harrowing lows, and leave you speechless in the process.
