ABOUT THE ALBUM
The LA-based band's reputation amongst the funk and soul fraternity is backed up by an impressive resume that's expanding their reach. This includes an Adidas campaign, touring with MC Lil' Brother, being backing band for the Pharcyde, Plant life, Tone Loc and New Orleans funk legend Eddie Bo at the Hurrican Katrina benefit. Members of Orgone also feature in the make-up of Ubiquity acts Connie Price and Breakestra. THE KILLION FLOOR takes the listener on a musical journey from the sound of LA to horn and percussion-driven Lagos, and from a NY club to raw sounds of New Orleans.
