ABOUT THE ALBUM
For the first time in decades, Steve Camp's Fire and Ice returns in stunning remastered audio with Collectors Edition packaging, preserving the energy and conviction that made it a fan favorite. Limited to just 500 copies, this edition includes a collector's sleeve, Trading Card #42, and a 12-page booklet with lyrics, photos, and liner notes-all part of the coveted Girder treatment, created with input from Steve Camp himself. Originally released in 1983 on Sparrow Records, this landmark album marked a bold shift in Camp's sound toward a more rock-driven edge, earning a spot on CCM Magazine's 100 Greatest Albums. Featuring standout tracks like "Upon This Rock," "Fire and Ice," "What Would the Devil Say," and "Light Your Candle," it tackles themes of faith and conviction with unforgettable intensity. With songwriting contributions from Rob Frazier (Petra's Washes Whiter Than) and electrifying guitar work by Dann Huff (White Heart, GIANT), Fire and Ice stands as one of the most impactful Christian rock albums ever made-a timeless classic from a fearless artist.
