Radio Sky

Lush, lonely, haunting, sad and beautiful, this new album serves up clear-eyed, late-night visions of avant-pop, blues and electronica. Daniel Voznick's lyrics restlessly probe the dark, obsessive worlds of love, loneliness and desire. There's no one like her Or there might be a million more No matter how much I love her We both fall Radio Sky is a sonic meditation of the ambiguous relationships between sex, technology and addiction. You plugged me in, hooked me up High speed connection, body in flux You burned a pattern under my skin With frequency shift you kept me wanting From the electro-static charged introduction of Radio Sky to the contrasting, dreamlike voices of Tears Are Falling, from the brooding bass of American Tragedy to the cooling instrumental exit from Didn't Die Young, this is the best AfterImage record yet. Radio Sky was written, produced and performed by Voznick with the help of guitarist Jonathan Dickinson, and vocalists Jonniene, Marinda Scott and Tina Thomas.
