ABOUT THE ALBUM
Guitarist John Shirba created his suite of five movements for a quintet featuring saxophonist Anthony Braxton. The music weaves free improvisation around a notated 5-part structure that serves to outline the composition. Shiurba is a member of the bands Eskimo, Pink Mountain, and Spezza Rotto.
