ABOUT THE ALBUM
World premiere recording of Weinberg's 1964 choral Symphony No.8 'Polish Flowers'. Set to texts by Julian Tuwim which reflect on Poland's troubled past and ominous future, this is one of Weinberg's most personal and powerful artistic statements.
