ABOUT THE ALBUM
2014 120-gram vinyl LP reissue with download code of their 1996 debut album. Repackaged in a resealable Mylar bag with customized obi strip. Belle & Sebastian formed as a simple college music class assignment to put together and market an album. They only cut 1,000 copies of "Tigermilk," their debut album in 1996. They had no idea it would gain a ground swell of a following in their native Scotland and the greater U.K. before jumping the pond to the U.S. The band had prearranged to break up with the close of the class...but then they hit the bigtime. This 2014 reissue has been remastered and brings the original LP sound to a greater audience who couldn't snatch up those vinyl first editions!
