Back On The Job (Mod)

Johnny Paycheck's life was a whirlwind of rough-and-tumble highs and lows that put him on the ragged edge of outlaw country. From his gritty beginnings at Little Darlin' Records with no-nonsense honky-tonk hits like "The Lovin' Machine" to the polished yet fiery tracks with Epic Records, Paycheck's voice was a force of nature. His anthem "Take This Job and Shove It" became a rallying cry for America's working class, even as his personal life spiraled into chaos. This album captures the soul of Paycheck's journey, now collected on CD for the first time-a raw, authentic testament to the man who lived every word he sang, leaving a legacy that still hums from jukeboxes across the country.
