Prelude To A Kiss (Mod)

Written conceptually about a brief and short-lived romantic relationship that charts a course from the innocent affection and naivety portrayed in "I'm Getting Sentimental Over You" and "I Can't Believe That You're in Love with Me" to the head-over-heels romanticism depicted in "I've Got the World on a String" and "I Surrender Dear". On this album the Legendary jazz voice of Mel Tormé exhibits some of the finest performances of his vocal career, delivering an effortlessly breezy and refined performance that impeccably aligns with the album's overarching themes.
