Gardet 12.6.1970

2016 repress. Subliminal Sounds reissues on vinyl Träd Gräs och Stenar's legendary June 17, 1970 live set at the Gärdet Festival. The sound on this recording is just amazing: a stoned, lysergic wall of acid guitars jamming away and never letting up, pounding bass, furious drums and mystical, howling vocals. A true landmark and cornerstone in Swedish psychedelic music history and there's nothing like this bunch of progressive hippie Swedes reared on minimalism. Comes in a deluxe package including a gatefold sleeve, printed inner bags, and two black vinyl discs. Contains a mind-bending side-long previously-unreleased track, revised liner notes and loads of previously unpublished photos.
