Far Country

Limited smoke colored vinyl LP pressing. Ellie Holcomb's Far Country is a collection of songs born from grief, longing, and the steadfast love of God. Exploring the tension between beauty and brokenness, these melodies remind us that even in the far country, love is always calling us home. The album's title track reflects on wandering and being found, while "Wherever I Go" (inspired by Psalm 23) celebrates the truth that goodness and mercy follow us always. "Hope's Gonna Find You" and "We Carry the Light" hold space for sorrow and resilience, whispering of the hidden beauty in our hardest moments. "Where Does the Light Go?" invites us into the mystery of presence and absence, carrying the wonder of how light lingers even when unseen. With expansive landscapes, poetic lyrics, and a heart that beats with both ache and hope, Far Country is an album for anyone who has ever felt lost. These songs are a reminder that we never walk alone - and that even in our darkest places, love remains.
