Echo Of Hooves

June Tabor is the most important English singer of folk and comtemporary songwriting working in Britain today. Mojo Magazine says "Much more than just a folksinger, some say she's the best we have." An artist of major stature in the U.S., she has had a long string of best selling American releases. "An Echo of Hooves" is her long awaited ballads album, and June says it best: "For me, ballads are story telling at it's stark, urgent best. As you listen... feel the wind and rain, see the Hunter's moon rise and catch the echo of hooves on the night air." This is June Tabor at what she does best, guiding us into an extraordinary new landscape with timeless tales. Features Martin Simpson and Kathryn Tickell.
