About The Town

John Kingsley's debut solo album "About The Town" is a collection of insightful views of the world and a healing introspective of his life. "I'm all about inspiration, I love to be inspired by music, random acts of kindness, and stories of a positive nature. There is so much pain and suffering in this world, when something amazing happens, to shed some light in the dark, I feel like there is Hope" Momma Lynn Records Founder and CEO, Michael Decker says, "We are proud to welcome John to the Momma Lynn family of companies. We feel that he has many stories to tell. He has a unique perspective of the world, and we are excited to bring fans the songs of his life." Kingsley is back after 10 years of being away from the stage, playing solo shows when he isn't vocally pumping up a crowd in his band Blue Clouded Gray. John's major influence was Layne Staley of the legendary Seattle band Alice in Chains and if you catch one of his shows you won't be disappointed.
