Do My Thing Feat. Illa J / Returning The Flavour

Seven inch vinyl pressing. Canadian production duo Potatohead People are back on Bastard Jazz with their third single from their sophomore album. "Do My Thing" features harmonized vocals from Kapok - out of Vancouver - and verses from frequent collaborator Illa J, over swelling chords and a funky bassline. On the B-side, "Returning The Flavour" highlights the synth chops of Dutch producer Trian Kayhatu in a danceable, beat-heavy jazz instrumental.
