Shadow Hymns

Limited vinyl LP pressing. 2016 release. Award-winning Boston hard rock/metal band Worshipper has signed to Tee Pee Records. The group, whose melodically thunderous sound balances classic metal riffs and doom tendencies with soaring clean vocals and fast-moving grooves, calls it's urgent sound 'darkly epic.' Shadow Hymns is a masterclass in top shelf guitar rock, with the band's harmonic phrasing and power calling for comparison to luminary artists such as Scorpions, UFO and Judas Priest. Worshipper possesses all the necessary guitar chops and unbreakable melodies to turn even the most jaded heavy metal old-timer teary-eyed with nostalgia. Through it's unique mix of contemporary and classic influences, Worshipper prove that the horn-throwing soul of melodic heavy music's past still burns brightly.
