ABOUT THE ALBUM
Their debut, "Noumena" ventured into the darker, lonelier regions of jazz, dub, and ambient rock and was praised as one of the most creative, forward-thinking jazz-rock hybrids in this millennium, drawing comparisons to everyone from the Necks and Isotope 217 to Miles Davis and the Upsetters. "Ceiling Sky" collects rare, vinyl-only tracks on CD for the first time, such as the two extra tracks on the double vinyl edition of "Noumena", as well as remixes by Four Tet and Sybarite. In addition, the limited edition "(rmxs)" 12-inch released earlier this year (featuring remixes by Four Tet and Sybarite) is included. Enchanting, haunting music.
