The Casket Girls

The Casket Girls is a new three-piece band hailing from Savannah, GA. Comprised of Ryan Graveface (Black Moth Super Rainbow, The Marshmallow Ghosts, Dreamend) who wrote and played all the song structures, and newcomers, Elsa and Phaedra Greene, who wrote and performed all of the vocals. Their debut, Sleepwalking, came out in November and was quite well received for its dark, poppy & dreamy sensibilities.  This Record Store Day they'll follow Sleepwalking with a brand new 5 song self-titled EP.  The songs sound like a very logical progression from their debut but add a new intensity which is a nod to their next full length coming in late 2013.  Embroidery By William Schaff (Okkervil River, Godspeed You Black Emperor, Mighty Mighty Bosstones)The vinyl color is beer and mustard swirl with the b side being an metaphysical etching.  The vinyl is limited to 500 copies.12” Colored Vinyl With Etching On Bside, Packaging Is Embossed Embroidery.Download included. 1.
