Love In Toxic Wasteland / Headless Pin Up Girl

Chemtrails Love In Toxic Wasteland / Headless Pin Up Girl for the first time on vinyl. Originally made and thought as their debut album, it's a great introduction to their trademark big melodies and harmonies performed over a frenzied wall of raw guitar noise and glistening synths. Praised by Stereogum, The Line of Best Fit, DIY and more, it established the band as one of the UK's most interesting underground acts.A part of the PNKSLM Recordings 10 year anniversary series, reissuing some of the long sold out key releases in the catalogue as well as pressing some of the previously digital only releases on vinyl."the end of the world has never sounded so good" - The Line of Best Fit"It's a neat introduction - the vocals veer from scream to sigh, while the guitars have a crunch as light as October leaves. Entrancing yet also oddly unsettling" - Clash"Over breezy harmonies and chilled out guitar parts, Lust's lyrics highlight the dichotomy between being told you can be anything you want and yet still feeling confined and misunderstood by friends, all of which served to broadly describe Lust's eventual decision to come out as transgender and begin transitioning." - Stereogum
