Across The Airwaves

This January 22, 1980 performance, broadcast on European radio networks, captures Pat Benatar as she was breaking through to a national audience. The set features songs from her early albums including "Heartbreaker, " "We Live for Love, " and "Hit Me with Your Best Shot, " along with covers and deep cuts that were part of her live show at the time. Backed by her tight touring band, the recording shows the energy and confidence that quickly made Benatar one of the biggest rock voices of the early 1980s.
