Across The Airwaves

Recorded in Denver, Colorado on June 15, 1981 and broadcast on European radio networks, this performance captures The Dregs during a period when their blend of rock, jazz fusion, and instrumental interplay had earned them a dedicated following. Led by guitarist Steve Morse, the band moves easily between intricate passages and driving rock sections, giving a clear picture of how their music translated to the stage. The result is a strong live snapshot of one of the most distinctive instrumental groups of the era.
