ABOUT THE ALBUM
Memories In The Rain" is the 18th album by The Council of Thirteen. Featuring 14 new songs written by keyboardist/composer John W. Edwards. Perhaps their most 80's pop-influenced album yet, featuring "Evening Glow", the emotive ballad "Fading Light", a Valerie Carter-esque ballad "Morning Light", Fleetwood Mac inspired "Don't Let Me Wonder", proggy anthem "Starlight Empress" and "Never Again Tonight", an 80's style pop rocker. A little something for all types of listeners, is the hallmark of all of The Council of Thirteen's albums. Stunning album imagery captures the essence of the music within. Promotional YouTube videos are available for "Don't Let Me Wonder" and "Starlight Empress". For fans of ELO, Roxy Music, Kansas, Honeymoon Suite, REO Speedwagon, Alan Parsons Project, Asia, Genesis, Foreigner, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Styx, Human League, The Buggles and more!
