ABOUT THE ALBUM
Label snafus scuttled the career of this Chicago band, but these cuts have kept their legend alive for more than four decades. This definitive portrait puts all their best on disc one and all their rarest on disc two (traversing their electrifying garage stuff and their flower-power pop), while the booklet rounds up their recording history, lyrics and band memorabilia. Popsicle Girl; to the Tower; Death Calls; Crystal Pure; Love Is a Word, and My Friend join unissued versions of I Live in the Springtime; It Happens Every Day; Sometime Ago; Alone; Paper Plane Flyer 35 tracks!
