Peace Sing-Along

Now, you know that the times had definitely a-changed when the High Priest of All Things Square, Mitch Miller, recorded a peace album in 1970! Actually, Miller never advertised his politics, but this is a long ways away from the sing-along albums of the Golden Decade... or is it? Yes, the repertoire is changed, but the formula-25 male voices, top-flight musicians like Al Caiola and Dick Hyman-remains largely unchanged. In short, this is your father's peace album, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! Includes Last Night I Had the Strangest Dream; If I Had a Hammer; Carry It On; Where Have All the Flowers Gone?; If We Only Have Love; We Shall Overcome; This Land Is Your Land; Turn! Turn! Turn!; Blowin' in the Wind; What the World Needs Now Is Love, and, yes, Give Peace a Chance. Another one-of-a-kind Collectors' Choice Music exclusive, out March 9!
