Where or When

Where Or When, other than being the title of the wonderful song by Rodgers and Hart, is performed in two different tempos on this recording. The two words of the title are particularly significant to me when related to each other. Our life, basically, is built over these two words and their twists. Sometimes only one of them is important, sometimes both, and when both coincide, special events can occur. For me, the release of this album is such an occurrence.' -Emanuele Cisi.
