ABOUT THE ALBUM
EU-only release. This package features the two albums, Mr. Personality Sings the Blues and the Fantastic Lloyd Price both in glorious stereo along with six bonus tracks from the 1959 LP, the Exciting Lloyd Price. Wonderful renditions of blues classics such as, Percy Mayfield's "Please Send Me Someone to Love", Eddie 'Clean head' Vinson's, "Kidney Stew", Little Willie John's, "Talk to Me" and Paul Perryman's "Just to Hold Your Hand" take Lloyd back to his roots, whilst standards like, "Jeepers Creepers" and "Five Foot Two" lend an extra string to his bow.
