This is early prime Neville Brothers, the moment in time during which this musical family exploded onto the national scene with their unique blend of New Orleans R&B, funk, jazz, and rock. Brother Aaron was already well known for his classic 1966 smash single "Tell It Like It Is," and Art and later Cyril were the core of the renowned funk band The Meters who rang up a series of hits, including the classic "Cissy Strut." Meantime, Charles was making a name for himself as a jazz saxophonist.
