"Milk and Honey is about promise. During a season of desolation, I've been writing songs to remind me that we are headed somewhere beyond this, that God has not left us alone. In between captivity and promise, we need something to sing, or hear, or touch, or see - a signal of what the truth of reality is. If we look, it's all around us.
