Skeletons

Skeletons is the Wind-up Records debut from critically acclaimed platinum-selling artist Hawthorne Heights. Produced by Howard Benson (Seether, Daughtry, Three Days Grace, My Chemical Romance), it s an unflinching but remarkably varied look inside the band s minds, executed with a firm desire to make the best of what they see as an opportunity for renewal by expanding their musical palette. Sure, there s the anthemic hard rock of Bring You Back, with its aching feelings of loss, but there s also the funk-driven 80s new wave noir feel of the album s first single, Nervous Breakdown. The eerie Johnny Cash country shuffle of Gravestones, pop harmonies of Picket Fences, and epic emotional scope of Boy round out the album.
