People Will Always Need Coal

''People Will Always Need Coal'' is the fourth single from Public Service Broadcasting's critically acclaimed third album Every Valley. This limited edition LP includes remixes from experimental 4-piece Flamingods (Moshi Moshi), Leeds electronica outfit Vessels (Different Recordings), legendary producers Plaid (Warp), rising star Nabihah Iqbal (Ninja Tune) and London production duo Dark Sky. Public Service Broadcasting are the brainchild of London based J. Willgoose Esq. and his drumming companion Wrigglesworth. Every Valley takes us on a journey down the mineshafts of South Wales valleys, acting as a metaphor for a much larger global and social malaise. It uses the history of local coal mining to shine a light on the disenfranchised.
