Matador

Following years of warmly welcomed Stateside jaunts fronting Supergrass and the Hot Rats, Gaz Coombes will commemorate his first ever North American solo tour with a special limited colored vinyl deluxe edition and physical CD release of his second solo album, Matador, on Hot Fruit Recordings/Kobalt Label Services. Previously physically released only in select overseas territories, Matador was nominated for the 2015 Mercury Prize, a distinction bestowed upon the best album from the United Kingdom and Ireland. Matador was a critical smash in Coombes' native UK, drawing glowing praise and rave reviews from the likes of MOJO, NME, Q MAGAZINE and THE GUARDIAN among a host of others.
