ABOUT THE ALBUM
Rapidly ascending UK duo Maribou State are positioned to take their stirring melodies to the next level this year. “Rituals” is an apt example of what’s to come: percussion invites the shuffle of feet, while in the background strings soar, a climax builds and vocals twist to exemplify the emotive music on which they’ve built their name.
