One Night Stands

This CD presents two complete Live 1946 radio broadcasts for the "One Night Stand" show featuring the inimitable Benny Goodman And His Orchestra with Patti Page and pianist Teddy Wilson at Frank Palumbo's Click Club in Philadelphia and with vocalist/pianist Buddy Greco at the Hollywood Palladium. Seven years have passed since Benny was anointed the King of Swing at his 1939 Carnegie Hall Concert and it is easy to see how the band has developed and become more confident. A collectors item.
