Anthology 4 - Japan

Introducing Anthology 4, the latest addition to The Anthology Collection, newly produced under the direction of Giles Martin. This remarkable release brings together demos, session recordings, and 13 previously unreleased tracks, alongside stunning new mixes of the Grammy Award-winning singles Free as a Bird and Real Love, freshly revitalized by Jeff Lynne, producer of the originals. With John Lennon's vocals brought to life through cutting-edge "demix" technology, the set offers an extraordinary listening experience that bridges history and innovation. Packaged with a deluxe 48-page booklet featuring liner notes by Kevin Howlett and a foreword drawn from a 1996 interview with Beatles confidant Derek Taylor, the Japanese Edition adds even greater value with complete Japanese translations of lyrics and liner notes, presented in superior SHM-CD format. A must-have for Beatles fans and collectors alike. Universal. 2025.
