Sonic Flower Groove (Jpn)

Warner Music's Western Masterpieces series, Forever Young, proudly presents it's ninth installment, showcasing the very best of UK rock with standout contributions from Blur, Gorillaz, Primal Scream, Ride, and The Jesus & Mary Chain. Formed in Glasgow in 1984 by Bobby Gillespie, former drummer of The Jesus & Mary Chain, Primal Scream became one of the most distinctive acts of their era, boldly reinventing themselves throughout the 1990s by weaving dance music into their sound while always retaining the raw spirit of rock 'n' roll. Their debut album, Sonic Flower Groove (1987), is a luminous blend of folk and psychedelic textures, layered with the bright resonance of 12-string guitar and melodies that stir nostalgia, and it remains a classic in the canon of UK rock, featuring the memorable hit "Gentle Tuesday." This special edition includes commentary, complete lyrics, and bilingual translation, making it an essential addition for fans and collectors alike.
