ABOUT THE ALBUM
Japanese paper sleeve pressing. WHD Entertainment. 2015. This 1977 album is a continuation of Gary Wright's hit formula of blues rock with electronic keyboards. Lots of synthetic everything. The Polymoog and Clavinet play a dominant role. There is some variety in styles from the gospel sounding "Stay Away" to the characteristic spaciness of "Sky Eyes" with it's twinkly sequencer beeps. Rock jams Richard Baker Keyboards Venetta Fields Vocals Clydie King Vocals Bobby Lyle Keyboards Sherlie Matthews Vocals Gary Mielke Synthesizer Peter Reilich Keyboards, Synthesizer Hiroshi Upshur Synthesizer Art Wood Drums Gary Wright Keyboards, Primary Artist, Vocals.
