Sunset Blvd: The Album (Nicole Scherzinger)

Triple red colored vinyl LP pressing. Haunted by her memories and dreams, movie star Norma Desmond yearns to return to the big screen. A struggling screenwriter who can't sell his scripts to the Hollywood studios may be her only hope, until their dangerous and captivating relationship leads to disaster. Drenched in champagne and cynicism, SUNSET BLVD. Focuses the lens on the ambitions and frustrations of it's characters and puts their intoxicating need for fame and adoration in stark close-up. Recorded live from The Savoy Theatre, London. The incredible Sunset BLVD. With lead Nicole Scherzinger, this Andrew Lloyd Webber & Jamie LLoyd re-imagining of the classic has seen huge critical acclaim. With the album launching alongside the show's opening at broadway, this will be the first time people outside of the theatre can hear the show in it's new form. This album was recorded over five live recordings in the London run of Sunset Boulevard in Winter 2023. The majority is from the performance on Thursday 21st December.
